We started Tufts and Toes Maine Coon Cattery because of a lifelong passion for cats and a deep admiration for the remarkable Maine Coon breed. As anyone who loves cats knows, Maine Coons are true icons of the cat world.
Known for their impressive size, intelligence, and loyalty, they are often affectionately referred to as "gentle giants." Their social and affectionate personalities are frequently compared to those of dogs — many Maine Coons enjoy following their people, greeting them at the door, and becoming deeply bonded with their families.
